Welcome to Driving with Caroline, a driving trainer with a difference offering competitively priced driving lessons to individuals in Lincoln and surrounding areas of Lincolnshire.
Coaching or client centered learning gives you, the client, control over your own learning under Caroline's guidance. Caroline is there to help you progress your knowledge and skills leading to a more pleasurable way of learning and a greater sense of achievement. Not convinced! With over seven years of experience, Caroline Oxley is one of a new breed of trainers who using modern coaching methods of driver training. Coaching is recognized as the way forward, not only to give a better learning experience, but also to address areas of skills and attitudes which are not readily addressed by traditional methods of instruction. Improved awareness in such issues as driver beliefs and behaviours; encouraging a greater self awareness and developing self evaluation skills all contributes to drivers taking responsibility for their driving choices and actions.
Not only is Caroline committed to training safer drivers she is also committed to keeping her own skills up do date and undertakes regular training to ensure her training methods are relevant in terms of educational, training and communication techniques and driving skills, and has undertaken training with some of the best. Coaching methods are also ideally suited in helping anyone suffering from anxieties, phobias or lack of confidence in their driving; but if you need a little more help then Caroline is also trained in NLP tools and techniques making those 'mountains' into 'molehills'. (Hypnotism is an option - but not when your driving!)
Caroline is an AA Franchisee and as such you will learn to drive in a new Ford Focus 1.6 five-door manual car that is fully air conditioned for maximum comfort.
